How can I change my password?

In order to change your password, click on ‘Settings’ on the left hand side, right underneath your profile picture/icon.

Change your password by clicking on 'Edit' next to 'Password', providing your current password to confirm your identity, and then the new password, twice. Finally, click save.

You can also change your password by clicking the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login page. You will receive an email and you only have to follow the instructions displayed in that message.

Please note that if you wish to change your username or date of birth, you have to contact our support team (‘Start a conversation’ section) so they can do it for you.
